Repairs - computers, printers, networks

and printers. Repairs can be preformed onsite at your location or in-house
at our location. We are your personal IT department...ready to keep your
computers and computer network functioning at peak performance. Our

As an authorized repair center Marnoble provides warranty repair on Hewlett
Packard printers and computers as well as Compaq computers. This authorization
allows us access to both HP and Compaq parts.
On-Site Service
Marnoble will assist you at your home or office providing repair,
troubleshooting or support services. Rates are as follows: |

| In-House Service |
| |

At Marnoble's facilities, we will repair, troubleshoot
or provide support services at a rate of $95.00/hour. (Minimum labor
charge is $47.50.) Parts are additional. |
| Telephone Support Service (less than 10 minutes) |

Short telephone calls are encouraged and are FREE! |
| Extended Telephone Support Service (more than 10
minutes) |
| |
 |
Telephone support calls greater than 10 minutes in length
are billed in half hour increments based on a rate of $95/hour, with
a one half hour minimum. |
| Emergency Repair Response Service (immediate response) |

 |
This service is intended to support crisis situations
when file servers crash or your business processing is otherwise at
grave risk. Response is billed at $150/hour, with a two of hour minimum.

| After Hours Service |

Services provided outside normal business hours will
be billed at $150/hour with two hours minimum. Normal business hours
are from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, holidays excepted.
