Preventive Maintenance
Remember, a computer is like any piece of machinery, it must be maintained to run reliably and safely month after month. As your technology partner our role is to keep your system running smoothly and avoid costly down time. To accomplish this we first perform a network inventory and then provide you with a preventative maintenance program designed specifically to meet your needs and budget. This serviced is billed at our normal onsite rate.

- Review and testing of your virus protection
- Review of adequate disk space and usage
- Review of critical event logs
- Installation of Windows critical updates
- Review and testing of your data backups
- Review of your firewall security
- A complete report showing the results of all reviews
Repairs – Server, Network, Computers, and Printers
You receive service from A+ certified technicians who are professional in both knowledge and appearance. Repairs can be preformed onsite at your location, in-house at our location, or sometimes remotely over the internet. Our customers have one computer to hundreds.
As an authorized Hewlett Packard warranty provider Marnoble Computer provides warranty repair on HP laptop and desktop computers and printers. This authorization also allows us access to both HP and Compaq parts. Onsite (at your location) Service Rates
• $115.00/hour plus a $45.00 trip charge for locations inside Beltway 8
• $115.00/hour plus a $65.00 trip charge for locations outside Beltway 8
• There is a one-hour minimum. Parts are additional.
In-House Service Rate
At Marnoble's facilities, we repair, troubleshoot or provide support services at a rate of $95.00/hour. (Minimum labor charge is $47.50.) Parts are additional.
Remote (over the internet) or Telephone Service Rate
New technology gives us the capability to perform routine maintenance or equipment repair remotely, via the internet. In some cases we can assist you over the telephone. This service is billed at $95.00 per hour, the minimum charge is $47.50.
Emergency Repair Response Service (immediate response)
This service is intended to support crisis situations when file servers crash or your business processing is otherwise at grave risk. Response is billed at $150/hour, with a two hour minimum. After Hours Service
Services provided outside normal business hours are billed at $150/hour with two hours minimum. Normal business hours are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, holidays excepted. |
